Even though she's an Angel in training, Rayne has all the powers of the angel. Some are not strong to its peak, but some of her powers, she could manage fairly well. One of these powers that she could manipulate is the changing her wings at will. Whether she wants to look cute or serious. With these wings, she can also fly. She also has the power to give life back to things, such as plants. She's not at the stage of bringing small animals to life, although she's trying her best to achieve it. But for now, she only works on small plants, working her way up the ladder. With this power, she gets the other power of having an incredible nature to care. She can also control the light into what she wants it to be, such as a shield. However, this shield is weak since she's training on it. She can also see the morals of the people, and she uses this to find out their intentions as good or bad. Although she hasn't found that person yet, she's capable of giving good luck to the person that she has close to her heart. However, she needs to find nothing to dislike about the person.

Rayne is bubbly and innocent to everyone in her surroundings. She never stops smiling and laughing, even when she gets hurt physically or mentally. She could never hurt anyone back, and no matter what people do, she repays them back with love and kindness. Her favorite thing is to sing, and with these songs, she brings the passion of her feelings, not that people really listen closely to it. She is also known to be clumsy, falling and tripping over things, but those are just minor things that she likes to laugh about. But the clumsiness is made up by her gentleness, which often makes most people forget of how clumsy she really is. She never so much hated anyone in her life but her mother and her boyfriend, but she never lets it show. Even though she seems outgoing and casual in telling people things, she never goes telling about her past or her family. She rather leave them to be a mystery to everyone.
Rayne's known to be the honest one as well. She gets on well with Ayume, in fact, she considers Ayume to be one of her closest friends. People can tell from her pure snow white wings that she's from a family of angels, having the purity in her. She's also smart and helping to anyone, no matter who they are. They could be a demon, and she still wouldn't care. To her, everyone's equal.
Also, you'll never find yourself to be serious around this girl since she's never serious about much things herself. She jokes and laughs things as if they were no big deal, causing ease between her and people. But she's not perfect. In fact, she has an anger side to her that rarely comes out, but when she does get angry, it sticks for more than a week.
History:
Rayne comes from a 'perfect' family of angels. But it's not as perfect as many thinks of it to be. Her parents were only together through arranged marriage, and she was the result of it. However, as soon as she turned eight, her mother moved out on them, taking her along to live somewhere else. That somewhere else turned out to be a demon's house. Everything about the house scared Rayne, but she had no way of escaping. It turned out that her mother had been seeing this guy for about five to six years, leaving her father to be clueless as to this affair.
A month later after the incident, her parents finalized a divorce, her mother gaining claims on her. Life continued to be a living hell as her mother was frequently gone with her boyfriend, leaving the poor girl to fend for herself sometimes. After a full year of suffering from the loneliness and bitterness, Rayne ran away from home, leaving nothing of her possessions behind. She roamed around for a few days, trying to survive in the world until she finally encountered her old home. Where her father lived.
She rushed in the house and was greeted with the sight of her father getting busy with another woman. With tears forming at her eyes, she ran upstairs without another word, wondering what happened to her entire family. After entering a room, she locked the door and cried herself to sleep. When Rayne woke up, she found her dad sitting by her bedside, sleeping. She realized that her father had placed her on the bed and sat there, and a wave of joy washed through her, causing her to let out a few tears of happiness that someone cared.
Her father had stopped his cheating ways and became more of the fatherly figure for Rayne, being there for her, although he allowed her to be more carefree. They established a good relationship between the two, and she never felt the need of having a motherly figure in the household. In fact, she took up that role for herself, providing for her father and her.
Rayne was enrolled in Petalite Academy, where she had to leave her father alone, but by then, her father found another woman, in whom he's going to commit to. She approves of this woman, who is also another angel and is satisfied that her father will no longer be lonely. She met a lot of people in Petalite Academy, and got along with her friends and everyone as much as she can. She's now currently improving herself within the school, exploring every aspects and living the normal life finally.

An eerie silence filled the forest, causing it to vibrate an atmosphere of fear and death. Whoever came here would probably be at risk since anything could happen in the forest. In fact... who knew what lurked in the darkness, watching closely? If one was to get stuck in the middle of the entire thing, they would probably end up being sucked into the abyss of darkness, also known as Death. However, only those foolish to get caught in that trap would be those who knew nothing of the dangers and the path.
Snap! A twig broke in the distance, the sound echoing in the still woods. It was followed by a constant rhythm of footsteps. A voice was heard to cuss softly as its owner ventured past the trees, the movement swift as a deer. It was a girl whose long hair flowed behind her in a graceful movement. Her head tilted backward as she ran, catching sight of the beast that was chasing after her. Her movement quickened to get a few pace ahead of the monster before she leaped up to a tree branch. Her hair floated back down to rest behind her, and the girl pulled it back to tie it up, finding it to be a hindrance in her battle. She was wearing a sleeveless shirt with shorts, her tan skin tone being highly defined.
Kaede stared down at the monster with a dangerous glint in her eyes and a cruel smirk. Lightning current ran through her body as she focused her energy on her right fist, calculating the distance and strength needed to defeat the beast. She crouched on the branch, waiting for the right opportunity to strike. As the seconds passed by, the lightning was getting stronger and bigger. Right at the moment she finished charging it to its appropriate amount, the monster stopped at the trunk of the tree she was on, sniffing for her sense.
Kaede grabbed a hold of the branch, lowering herself at an angle to direct the monster, and her feet kicked off from the branch, nearly breaking it in the process. Softly under her breath, she muttered, "Feel the power of my Lightning Fist, you demon.." The beast looked up the moment her fist came in contact, sending streams of lightning through its body. A shudder of pride ran through her body, making her oblivious to the coming claws. When her eyes caught sight of it, she moved slightly to avoid it while she activated her barrier. But it was a tad bit too late as it dug its claw into her left arm. Another flow of lightning left her body and inserted itself to the beast, slaying it then.
Picking at the claws, Kaede brought it away from her arm and examined to see the seriousness of it. Nothing too bad, although she felt a twinge of disappointment as she knew that it wouldn't have happened if she kept on her guard. She let out a sigh of exhaustion, ready to take a rest. She sat herself at the trunk, leaning her back against the tree as she tripped a gauze from her pocket, wrapping it around her wounds. It would have to do for now since she wasn't anywhere near a healer or a hospital.
