He has the power to heal other people and animals.He also has the power to purify water and stop most poisons. This is almost all he can do other than make people laugh but this comes from his clumsy actions.

He is not much of a fighter just a healer but this sword is his only means of defense but it allows him some control over water.

Personality:
Hoenn is very well clumsy person. He has a good heart and will try to help anybody he sees needs him. Around people he can be very quite and doesn't really like to get i the middle of things and this quite personality sometimes ends up having him get pushed around a lot. He isn't very violent and get pushed around but he ends up making friends with most people.
On his clumsy side he has a habit of tripping over small ledges and dropping things he is carrying. He usually is broke since he spends most of his money replacing things he broke. He enjoys working greatly and doesn't complain so most of his employers like him. Since he is of shy nature he has a hard time talking to people of the opposite sex which can make for some funny entertainment for other people.
History:
Born from a single parent he lived with his mom in America. His mom was a kind lady who always tried to help others. Hoenn loved his mom so he spent alot of time at the hospital that she stayed in alot. It was annoying that he had to keep his wings hidden under his cloths but he managed by having it strapped to his body.
His mother suffered from a rare cancer so she Hoenn grew up around the hospital. As time went on his mother became more sick and even with his powers he had nothing that could save her. He stayed by her side until she died on her deathbed. In his life Hoenn was taught to always to help people and never let darkness into his heart and he stayed true to his words but he has long since disowned his father a Angel who let his mother die.
With no were to go he just stayed in the small apartment he stayed in with his mother as he worked in a small candy store. He soon was found out about the school and with a chance to help other people by taking this education he took it and now goes to this school.

Hoenn was walking down the hallway carrying several books to wear he couldn't see over them. "Excuse me" he said to people as he tried to get passed them without dropping anything.He sighed as he got passed the people "well now I just need to get these to the library" he said with a smile but he was headed for the stairs. He smiled big as he walked closer and closer to the door and sighed "man these are heavy" he said walking into the room.
He took that first step "what" he said as he tumbled down the stairs and into several students. He was laying on the floor "I-I'm sorry" he said as a book landed on his head. One of the bigger guys he fell into picked him up and slammed him into the wall as Hoenn gave a nervous laugh "wow I guess the first step really is the hardest." The guy let him go as he and the rest of them walked off. He kneeled down as he began to pick up the scattered books "well thats everything" he said smiling. He looked up the stairs as he carried the very heavy books and anime tears came from his eyes "this will be harder than I thought."
After a bit he put his foot on the first step "ok nice and easy" he said taking another step and then another. He finally got to the top of the stairs "ok that wasn't so bad" he said with his arms getting sore from the weight of the books. He looked down and saw the top book had fallen off "Oh hey there little guy" he bent down to pick it up but ended up dropping the rest of the books down the stairs. He stood up as he tilted his head at the ground "why does this always happen to me" he said sighed as he walked back down the stairs to get the books once again.
He was down at the bottom of the stairs once again as he got on his knees picking up books "I don't know why I have to be the one carrying all these things" he let out a large heave as he picked up the stack. Hesat half of them in another stack "ok this will just be more easy this way." He picked up one half and took them up stairs and laid them on the floor as he came back and brought the rest of them. "Ok I got this now" he picked up both stacks as he began running down the halls "almost done." He smiled as he thought he made the turn to go into the library but ended up going into the girls bathroom "what tha this isn't it" he head a scream "O no" he said as he ran out and left the books in there. He stood out in the hall as he said "How am I gonna get them now."
