This is Shin's prized possesion.Shin got this off of a Wizard who made this for him and it uses magic. This gun's power depends on what kinda shell he uses.

This shell charges for a second and shoot out a large compressed orb of elemental magic. The color of the shell depends on what element.

This is the most rare type of shell. After being shot it creates a small black hole on contact and quickly dissapers after a while.

Personality:
Shin is what people call the fun type. He is almost addicted to doing something either funny or exciting.He tends to act like a child sometimes and has a tendency to go trough elaborate lenghts to do something he wants. He can be loud and rude and has no problem saying what he is thinking even if he gets into trouble. He is also prone to getting into trouble and picking fights but he usaully gets bored and leaves.
About him being a Vampire he doesn't try to hide the fact he is one but is very proud even though he doesn't act like one.He isn't very tempted by the blood much which most people wonder why. The reason is that he cheats the rules and goes out drinking far away from the school about once every two weeks to get rid of the hunger for real blood not this cheap animal blood. Other than that, he is sometimes sad cause he feels like he should have been a shapeshifter from the way he likes changes his appearence. But since he can only change the minor things he can never change what he looks like.
Around his friends he tends to mess with them at times. He can not stand doing nothing so he go over to them to kill time. Around his guy friends his most faviort thing to do id act like he is gay just to annoy them. It would seem normal for Shin to come over to a guy exaample and rest his arm over him and blow in his ear. He loves their reaction everytime even though he is very straight.
Around woman he can act a little.... very perverted at times. He has a rather large stash of 'books' in his room and is very proud of his collection. He remembers every girl he has went out with and has their name with a picture of hem in his little black book. Other than that he has a red imprint of a hand on his face a lot from him being slapped more than likly just a few minutes ago from a failed flirting attempt.
History:
Born in the city Shin grew up in the "bad" part of town. Since both of his parents were vampires it was a very different kinda childhood he had growing up. His parents has long since abandoned him so he mostly stayed in a small apartment by himself and Chico his pet cat. He had money his parents left for him in cold hard cash but other than that they were dead to him. The neighborhood was bad and several people died on the streets everynight. It was usuall for him to look out the window and see a drug deal take place or the police coming into other rooms.
He knew several people who hated vampires like him and plenty of times tried to shoot him out on the streets. A little over a year ago he was shot in one of these attacks and was left for dead with several rounds in his body as he layed dying in some back ally behind a mall. He was found by an old man who picked him off the street and took him to his house. The man cared for his wounds and helped him. When Shin woke up the next day the man was there with him and they talked for hours and the old man was a wizard who had a extream dislike of people who killed those diffenet than themselfs. He eventually let Shin stay at his house since Shin really had nowere to go to. Hoenn grabbed what few belongings he had left as he brought them to the man's house. Before he finnaly setteled in he set fire to those people homes who shot him and left the scene as it burned down.
The old man made a wepon for Shin to protect himself with and trained him how to use it.The man was tough on Shin he made him learn how to shoot and fight hand to hand combat. Training with a guun and hand fighting wasn't the only thing he taught him he even showed him a small tric with magixc so he caould change his appearence at will. Shin loved this tric so much it was unuasual to see him look differnt every day.After a while the old man decided to send Shin off to a certain school so he could have a better life when he got older. So now he attendes the school and goes to the night class and has since made several friends.

Shin sighed as he was getting agitated waiting for some of his friends to get there "fine they can just catch up on the inside" he said going up to the entrance and flashing a pass to a rather large bouncer. He walked through the doors and the music was blasting on the inside "lets have some fun" he said jumping from the railing and landing inside the mash pit.
He smiled as people were dancing at all sides of him as he pulled a neon glowstick necklace from his pocket and put it on as he looked like most of the other people there. He pushed away several people as he got to the center of the crowd as he let out a loud yell in excitement. He began to dance near a group of girls as he kept tempting them to dance with him untill the group of them beagn to dance with him. It went on for a bit he grinded against one of them untill a large guy came behind him and put his hand on his shoulder.
The man was mad that he was dancing with the girls and Shin tilted his head "Damn you humans are so fucking annoying" the man trough a punch and hit him in the side of the face. He smiled "Im sorry were you doing somthing I wasn't paying attention." The man hit him again as Shin grabed his hand in midair and pulled back his hand "now say your sorry" he said making the man get on his knees in pain. The man apologized as Hoenn gave a large smile "very good now the hospitale is about half a mile down the road" he pushed his hand farther back and broke his wrist.
He looked back at the girls "so wear were we" he gave a laugh as he looked at the entrance as his frinds came through the door. "Hey guys look what I found paty favors" he said putting his arms over them but they ended up slapping him in order and walking away. He looked at them with a large grin "you guys are bad luck " he was laughing again.
